We also hold worldwide registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office for the purpose of processing information.

A copy of the above documents can be provided upon request.

Insurance:

For your protection, at all times we retain Professional Indemnity Insurance. Our current insurers are Hiscox Ltd. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate if required.

Data Security:

All file information is retained and all documents produced through our encrypted case management system.

Hard copy documents are retained in locked environment and ultimately files are securely destroyed .

Compliance:

Instructions are carried out in accordance with current legislation and in particular with all aspects and principles of both the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

Before accepting instructions, the Company will always satisfy itself that the client has a legitimate and lawful interest.

The Company will ensure that data is only processed proportionately and fairly for the legitimate purpose of which it was intended and will only be retained for a reasonable period until that purpose is either exhausted or fulfilled.

We take our responsibilty to safeguard personal information very seriously and consequently we ensure that all data is securely stored by way of the Company’s remote access cloud based case mangement system. That facility is password encrpyted and is only accessible to authorised members of staff.

Service Levels:

All instructions are acknowledged by e-mail immediately upon receipt.

Unless otherwise directed by the client, we aim to submit a detailed report of our findings within 5 – 10 working days. At all times, we will endeavour to provide full and detailed particulars of our findings, conveyed in a fair, relevant and unbiased fashion.

In the event that a matter becomes unexpectedly protracted, we will nevertheless submit regular e-mail interim reports to keep you updated of any developments.
For more pressing assignments, both enquiries and the frequency of reporting can be tailored to the client’s precise requirements.
